Qiang Lu is the founder of Times Sinobiz. After graduating from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Qiang started his Career in Wanbao Appliance Company as sole distributor in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. In 2001,He moved to Guangzhou and Founded Times Sinobiz in cooperation with DBP college of Sun yet-sen University.In the past 17 years, his leadership has built Times Sinobiz From a tiny office in Sun Yet-sen University into one of the best private business school in Southern China and an NEEQ-listed company in the Chinese stork market. Qiang receives a variety of honors from both government and his peers. He is awarded by Guangzhou Association of young businessmen as “model Businessman” and under his leadership Times Sinobiz has been nominated as one of the best training center in China by Training magazine.
General manager, member of the board
Hong Lei is the general manager of Time Sinobiz. He started his career at Wanbao Appliance as CYL secretory in 1988. From 1998 to 2008, Lei worked as senior manager in AIA Guangzhou branch. After Lei left AIA, he worked as vice business director in Aikede Consult and later as the business director in Saiying Technology. Lei has worked in the Times Sinobiz since 2012 and his expertise in management and sales contribute hugely to the growth of Time Sinobiz.

Lijuan Zheng is the vice general manager of Time Sinobiz. Being one the most senior member in Times Sinobiz, Zheng’s dedication to the work help the tiny company found in the Sun yet-sen University grow into a one of the largest private business school in Southern China. Zheng has been working in several department within the Times Sinobiz Framework and leads to the huge success in the investment program and chairman programs. Since 2016, Zheng take the title of vice general manager and leading the oversea develop department.

Zhiyun Li is the vice general manager of Time Sinobiz. Her talent as a sales expert started to shine in 2009 When she was the vice sales director in Aikede Consult. Later in 2012 she worked as the marketing director in Saiying TEchnology. In 2016 she joint Times SInobiz and worked as Vice general manager. Li’s expertise in sales and and Curriculum developing are a huge asset to Times Sinobiz.
